The JMF Ductless (Mini-Split) Line Sets are offered with both the liquid and suction lines insulated. EZ-PULL® White or Black Polyethylene Hard Shell insulation is a flexible, polyethylene closed cell insulation with a polyethylene hard shell outer jacket designed to prevent tearing during installation.  EZ-PULL® insulation is designed for insulating cooling and heating refrigerant lines and is marked every foot to assist with accurate refrigerant charge. EZ-PULL® insulation is weather and ultraviolet resistant and is paintable. For maximum longevity, insulation material must be either painted or jacketed where outdoor environmental exposure is present. The insulation is produced in compliance with specification ASTM E96-00. The service temperature range is in compliance with ASTM C 1427-07.   EZ-PULL line sets can be ordered with Flare Nuts or Plain End. EZ-PULL® insulation has a thermal conductivity K value of .25 at the mean temperature of 75° F in accordance with test method ASTM C 177.  EZ-PULL® insulation is UL94 rated as ASTM E- 84 25/50 complaint as tested according to UL 723 for fire and smoke rating.  EZ-PULL® insulation is available in ½" and ¾" wall thicknesses.
