The JMF Ductless (Mini-Split) Line Sets are offered with both the liquid and suction lines insulated. Insulation is white EZ-PULL®, which is a flexible polyethylene closed cell insulation with a polyethylene hard shell outer jacket designed to prevent tearing during installation.  EZ-PULL® insulation is designed for insulating cooling and heating refrigerant lines and is marked every foot to assist with accurate refrigerant charge. The insulation is produced in compliance with specification ASTM E96-00. The service temperature range is in compliance with ASTM C 1427-07. EZ-PULL® insulation has a thermal conductivity K value of .25 at the mean temperature of 75° F in accordance with test method ASTM C 177.  EZ-PULL® insulation is UL94 rated as ASTM E- 84 25/50 complaint as tested according to UL 723 for fire and smoke rating. The copper tubing is manufactured according to ASTM B280 and meets ASTM B1003 - standard specification for seamless copper tube for line sets; The copper is No. C122200 dhp (phosphorous deoxidized, high residual phosphorous). Meets ASTM E84 for smoke and fire (25/50) - UV resistant - R-410A approved - 45 deg forged flare nuts.
